during, or at the end of, the evaluation period you decide that you would like to continue using the

software, you must purchase a license.

Command Creator may not be sold or resold, distributed as a part of any package, commercial or

otherwise, used in a commercial environment, used or distributed in support of a commercial service,

or used or distributed to support any kind of profit-generating activity, even if it is being distributed freely.

The software product and any related documentation are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind,

either express or implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability or fitness

for a particular purpose. The entire risk arising out of use or performance of this software product remains

with you.

To the extent permissible by law, the author or distributor shall not be liable to you for any consequential,

incidental or special damages, including lost profits, lost savings or other incidental or consequential

damages arising out of the use of or inability to use the licensed software.

In no event shall Jonatan Dahl (author) be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive

damages whatsoever relating to the use of Command Creator.

In addition, in no event do I, Jonatan Dahl, authorize you to use Command Creator in applications or

systems where this Command Creator´s failure to perform can reasonably be expected to result in a

significant physical injury, or in loss of life. Any such use by you is entirely at your own risk, and you

agree to hold Jonatan Dahl (author) harmless from any and all claims or losses relating to such

unauthorized use.

If any part of this agreement is found void and unenforceable, it will not affect the validity of the balance

of the agreement, which shall remain valid and enforceable according to its terms.

Jonatan Dahl reserves all rights not expressly granted to you.

Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Sweden.

Distribution of the Software

This evaluation version of Command Creator may only be distributed in the original distribution install file

as distributed by Jonatan Dahl (author). The Command Creator distribution install file may not have files

added to it or removed from it, and none of its contents may be modified, decompiled, disassembled, or

reverse engineered.
